RetroTrip Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

RetroTrip collects in a limited and specific manner only:

• Game Center Username: Used exclusively for player identification and Game Center-related functionality (leaderboards, achievements, etc.)

We do NOT collect:

• Personally identifiable information (real name, email, phone, address)
• Location data
• Payment information
• Usage or behavior data within the app
• Device information beyond what's necessary for basic functionality

2. How We Use Information

The Game Center username is used exclusively to:

• Identify the player in Game Center functionality
• Display leaderboards and achievements
• Enable basic Game Center social features

3. Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer the Game Center username or any other information to third parties. The only exceptions would be:

• If legally required by competent authorities
• To protect our legal rights or user safety

4. Storage and Security

The Game Center username is managed directly by Apple through Game Center services. We do not store this information on our own servers.

5. User Rights

You can:

• Disable Game Center in your device settings at any time
• Delete the app, thus removing any association with your Game Center username
• Contact us for clarifications about this policy

6. Children's Privacy

RetroTrip is suitable for all ages. For children under 13, we recommend parental supervision. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or other appropriate means.
