Don't Look Away does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. There is no account creation, no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no network connection required to play. Nothing about your identity, usage, or gameplay ever leaves your device.

On-device sensing (Apple Vision Pro)

The app uses ARKit hand tracking and world sensing, entirely on-device, only to power gameplay:

Hand Tracking — used to detect pinch and clap gestures for candle placement and pushing back the in-game threat. Hand position data is processed in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
World Sensing — used to scan the floor and nearby surfaces so the game can anchor virtual objects to your real room. This scan stays on-device and is discarded when the app closes.

These permissions are requested by visionOS at first use and can be reviewed or revoked at any time in Settings on your device.

Third parties

The app includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.

Children's privacy

This app is a horror experience not directed at children and is not intended for users under the app's listed age rating. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date above will be revised and the new version will be posted at this same address.
